How to Change or Cancel Your Appointment
- Click the “Change or Cancel Your Appointment” button.
- Enter the mobile phone number you used when booking, without hyphens.
- Click “Send Verification Code.” You will receive a 6-digit verification code by SMS.
- Enter the verification code on the screen to verify your identity.
- Select the appointment you wish to change or cancel from the list.
- To reschedule, select your preferred date and time and confirm the change.
- To cancel, review the appointment details and confirm the cancellation.
- Once the process is complete, you will receive an SMS confirming the change or cancellation.
Changes and Cancellations
Please make any changes or cancellations as early as possible.
We do not accept appointment changes or cancellations by phone or email.
We may restrict your access to the booking system in cases of repeated changes or cancellations, missed appointments without notice, or other conduct that the clinic considers misuse of the service.
